Imagine standing at the edge of the Mediterranean as warm air carries the scent of rosemary and citrus blossom. Ancient stones warm beneath your feet. Olive trees stretch toward the horizon, their roots holding centuries of memory. Somewhere nearby, herbs dry slowly in the sun, just as they have for generations.

This isn’t a story from the past.
It’s what awaits you in
Tunisia.

I’m delighted to invite you to join me for an immersive aromatic journey through Tunisia, a land where plants, history, water, desert, and sea meet in extraordinary ways, and where plant knowledge is still woven into daily life.

This intimate, small-group trip (September 27 – October 4, 2026) is designed for aromatherapists, herbalists, wellness practitioners, and curious learners who want to experience medicinal and aromatic plants not just through study, but through presence.

Before any journey begins, there is always the land.
The soil.
The plants.
The climate that shapes their chemistry and character.

In my work with medicinal and aromatic plants, I’ve learned that true understanding doesn’t come only from books or bottles. It comes from being present where the plants grow, listening to how geography, culture, and tradition shape the way plants are gathered, prepared, and respected.

This journey is different.

Rather than rushing from site to site, we will move slowly Through

  • Aromatic landscapes
  • Mountains
  • Coasts
  • Bazars
  • Historical sites

Allowing time to observe, reflect, and connect. We’ll explore historic and botanical places where plant use has been shaped by centuries of Berber, Mediterranean, Arab, and African traditions. We’ll share meals, stories, and moments of quiet that deepen learning in ways no classroom ever could.

Between plant encounters, you’ll experience Tunisia as it lives today: through food prepared with intention, landscapes shaped by wind and water, and traditions that continue quietly, without spectacle.

What makes this journey unique:
🌿 Small, intimate group limited to 12 participants
🌿 Guided visits to historic and botanical sites
🌿 Time spent in diverse aromatic landscapes — mountains, coast, and desert
🌿 Cultural immersion through shared meals and local traditions
🌿 Space to slow down, reflect, and integrate learning
